Prioritizing your well-being is not just beneficial for you—it’s crucial for your business’s long-term health.

Here’s how you can prioritize self-care while managing a small business.

Set Boundaries: Define Work Hours

When you run a small business, it’s easy for work to spill into every corner of your life. You might find yourself answering DMs at 11 PM or working through weekends.

To prevent burnout, it’s crucial to set clear boundaries. Define your work hours and stick to them. If you have employees or clients, communicate these hours so that they respect your time.
